Terms of Use
Echo is provided by Mara. Using it means you accept these terms.
The standard Apple licence
Echo uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for all subscriptions and in-app purchases. Where anything here differs from Apple's agreement for a purchase you made, Apple's agreement governs that purchase.
What you may do
Use Echo on the devices your Apple account allows, for as long as you like. What you write and record is yours; we claim no ownership over any of it.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the app.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app.
- Use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are managed entirely through your Apple account. Cancelling and refunds are handled by Apple. Prices and what each plan includes are set out on the plans page.
No warranty, and limits
Echo is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will never fail. Echo is not a backup service: keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the app.
Changes
If we change these terms, the updated version appears on this page. Continuing to use Echo after that means you accept the change.
