• Access issues:مشاكل الوصول: Open DocMara's purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple account used to buy Pro. A used One Feature Use credit is consumable and cannot be restored.افتح شاشة الشراء في مرا للملفات واختر استعادة المشتريات وأنت مسجّل بحساب آبل الذي اشترى فاخر. أما رصيد استخدام ميزة واحدة بعد استهلاكه فهو شراء استهلاكي ولا يمكن استعادته.
• Plan management:إدارة الباقة: Manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple account on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Deleting DocMara does not cancel an active subscription.أدر الاشتراك أو ألغِه من حساب آبل على iPhone أو iPad أو Mac. حذف مرا للملفات لا يلغي الاشتراك الفعّال.
• Import problems:مشاكل الاستيراد: Download cloud-only content to the device first, confirm the format is listed in the Format Guide, then try again. For a very large or complex job, try splitting the file or using the Mac app.نزّل المحتوى الموجود في السحابة إلى الجهاز أولاً، وتأكد أن الصيغة موجودة في دليل الصيغ، ثم حاول مجدداً. وللمهمة الكبيرة أو المعقدة جداً، جرّب تقسيم الملف أو استخدام تطبيق Mac.
• Output looks different:الناتج يبدو مختلفًا: Office, PDF, OCR, and image conversions can reflow text or change image quality. Keep the original, review the exported file, and use a less aggressive compression level when fidelity matters.قد تعيد تحويلات Office وPDF وOCR والصور توزيع النص أو تغيّر جودة الصورة. احتفظ بالأصل، وراجع الملف المصدّر، واستخدم ضغطاً أخف حين تكون المطابقة مهمة.
• Missing output:الناتج غير ظاهر: After a workflow succeeds, choose Save or Share and select Files, Photos, or another app. DocMara does not keep a cloud copy of the result.بعد نجاح المهمة اختر حفظ أو مشاركة، ثم حدد الملفات أو الصور أو تطبيقاً آخر. لا يحتفظ مرا للملفات بنسخة سحابية من الناتج.
