- Does Aghoo diagnose why my baby is crying? No. Aghoo provides possible cry cue assistance only. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.
- Is audio uploaded? No. Audio analysis is performed on device. Aghoo does not upload or store microphone audio.
- How do I restore purchases? Open Aghoo, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
- How do I cancel a subscription? Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, select Aghoo, then cancel or change your subscription.
- How do I request a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
